Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

  • In Brazil, you can cancel a purchase within 7 days of making it (Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
  • In the European Union and the United Kingdom, the period is 14 days.
  • In other countries, the period set by local law applies.

2. What is refunded

  • Refunds apply to credits that have not been used yet.
  • When a visit does not happen because of a failure on our side, the credit goes back to your account.

3. How to ask

  • Contact support through the website with your account email and the order.
  • The amount goes back to the same payment method. The credits leave your account when the payment provider confirms the refund.
