Terms of use
Version 1, effective from 16 November, 2026
Warning: Provisional text
1. The service
Santa Flew By shows on a map a visit from Santa or one of his elves to a neighborhood, at the chosen time, with the reading of a message written by the person who bought the visit.
2. The account belongs to an adult
- To create an account, you declare that you are 18 or older.
- There is no child, parent or guardian profile: the account belongs to the person who writes, schedules and pays.
- You are responsible for the text you write and for the information you put in it, including names.
3. The voices are synthetic
The voices of Santa and the elves are synthetic, generated by artificial intelligence. The voice reads exactly the text you wrote, with no rewriting or translation. The visit screen shows a small “Synthetic voice” badge, so the story is not interrupted.
4. The message
- Every message goes through an automatic review before it is confirmed. Only an approved message is confirmed and charged.
- We refuse text with offensive, sexual, violent or discriminatory content, contact details, addresses or anything that exposes a child.
- We never ask for or store an address: the visit uses only an approximate area of the neighborhood, about 1 km wide.
5. Credits and payment
- Visits are bought in credit bundles. Credits reach your account only when the payment provider confirms the charge.
- Prices are public and the same for everyone buying from the same country. A published price never goes up during the season.
- Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and never pass through our servers.
- Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund policy.
6. The screen the child sees
The visit screen (full screen and TV) has no purchases, ads, invitations or third-party tracking.
7. Misuse
We may block an account in case of fraud, abuse or attempts to get around the message review. Credits and orders stay on record, and the block is announced by email.
8. Contact
